Power Your Lifts, Water Pumps & Essential Services – Even in a Power Cut
Reduce your monthly CAM charges, ensure 24/7 power for lifts and water pumps, and increase your property’s value. We are your end-to-end partner for society solar projects.
Why choose our society solar plan
We design society-scale solar systems that match your roof area, common-area load, and resident needs. Our specialists handle approvals, net-metering, and split billing so the managing committee and residents get transparent savings and steady performance.
Solarva Solar Energy specialty:
- Lower common-area electricity bills (lift/pump/lighting/clubhouse).
- Option to credit residents individually via net-metering or internal billing.
- Reliable backup during outages (optional battery solutions).
- Increased property value and strong sustainability credentials.
- Comprehensive warranties, regular maintenance & live monitoring.

What we offer
When you choose solor.in, you’re partnering with a team that combines technical expertise, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.
Expert Load Analysis
We first audit your high-load assets (lifts, pumps, STPs) to design a system that can power them reliably.
Smart Space Utilisation
We install on all available spaces—rooftops, carports, and clubhouse roofs, often using elevated structures to leave roof space free.
Seamless DG Integration
Our system works perfectly with your existing diesel generators (DG sets), drastically reducing their runtime and saving you on expensive diesel costs.
Transparent Proposals for AGMs
We provide a clear financial proposal for you to present at your AGM/MC meeting, showing the exact payback, ROI, and savings per resident.
Questions from Your Managing Committee
How much will our society actually save?
Most societies save between 50-80% on their common electricity bills. The exact amount depends on your consumption and system size. We provide a detailed report showing your exact ROI and payback period, which is typically just 3-4 years.
Can a solar system really run our lifts and water pumps?
Yes. This is our expertise. We design the system with the right inverters (and optional batteries) specifically to handle the high "inductive load" of motors for lifts, borewells, and water pumps.
Our rooftop is full of tanks and structures. Is installation possible?
Absolutely. We specialise in building "elevated mounting structures" that place the panels high above your rooftop. This not only generates power but also keeps your roof space free for other uses and provides shade.
How do we get this approved by all residents?
We are here to help. We provide a comprehensive, easy-to-understand financial proposal for you to share with all residents. We can even attend your AGM or MC meeting to answer all technical and financial questions directly.
What about financing? Can the society get a loan?
Yes, special solar financing and EMI options are available for housing societies. This allows you to install the plant with a small down payment, and the monthly EMIs are often paid entirely by your electricity savings.
Who will maintain the plant for the next 25 years?
We will. Solar provides a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Our team will handle all periodic cleaning, monitoring, and preventive maintenance to ensure your system runs at peak efficiency.
How does this work with our existing DG (Diesel Generator)?
The system integrates seamlessly. Our smart controller will always use free solar power first. It will only draw from the grid or your DG set if the solar power is insufficient, massively cutting your diesel consumption and costs.
